Panthers looking for 'lottery funding'

Following the information from my colleague Derek White, I got a call from one of our sources in Nottingham. It appears Neil Black, the Panthers chairman has been spotted coming out of a local newsagents with 5 national lottery tickets in one hand and prayer beads in the other.
